Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026. This page explains what AXIS HOOK does and does not do with visitor data. It is written to match the site as actually built: a static catalogue with one inquiry form and no accounts.
The short version
No accounts. No comments. No shopping cart. No advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party analytics. The only visitor data we receive is what you type into the inquiry form, plus ordinary server logs kept by our hosting provider.
Information you send us
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, company name, target quantity, preferred coating and your message. Everything in that form is voluntary except name and email, and it is used only to answer your inquiry and to prepare a quote.
Submissions are delivered to us through formsubmit.co, a third-party form-relay service that forwards the message to our inbox. We do not sell, rent or share inquiry data with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Server logs and hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver pages and to block abuse. We do not build visitor profiles from those logs and we do not link them to anything you submit through the form.
If you click a WhatsApp link on this site, WhatsApp (Meta) receives the request under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you click.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set any first-party cookies, and the site writes nothing to local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: no analytics tag, no advertising tag, no session-replay script.
Third parties you interact with directly (for example formsubmit.co when you submit the form) may set their own cookies under their own policies. Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies when it challenges automated traffic.
Fonts and files
All fonts and stylesheets are served from this domain. We do not load fonts from Google Fonts or any other font CDN, so no request to a third-party font server is made when you browse.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what inquiry data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to handle the quote and any follow-up order, then delete them.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know and to request deletion; we do not sell personal information.
Children under 13
This is a business-to-business site about fishing hook manufacturing. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Copyright and takedown requests
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material published on axishook.com infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact URL where the allegedly infringing material appears; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
We review complete notices and remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing. Counter-notices are accepted at the same address. Knowingly filing a materially false claim may make the sender liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
Product photographs, technical drawings and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification and commentary only. Our own text and images may not be republished commercially without written permission.
Updates to this policy
If the tools behind this site change — for example if analytics or an ad network is ever added — this page is updated in the same release and the date at the top changes. We do not keep a public archive of earlier versions, but we can tell you what changed if you ask.
